Very easy. We had a general outline and budget for our 2+ weeks in Portugal. Our OTD agent helped us fine tune the itinerary, then selected all of our accommodations, reserved a car for us, and put together a day by day outline. She made several suggestions that we would probably have missed – e-toll transponder (turns out a lot of roads are toll roads and most do not take cash), in car GPS ( the highway driving was not hard, but the towns and cities really require a GPS), some free walking tours, and several off the beaten path places. It was great working with someone who quickly figured out what we liked to do.
